VPT received Phase I and Phase II Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) awards from Kirtland to develop advanced low voltage space-qualified DC-DC Converters using both rad hard silicon synchronous rectifiers and new Gallium Arsenide VFET synchronous rectifiers.
